What I Collect

• What you enter in the home value form: your home’s address, the details you confirm or choose (home type, size, beds and baths, condition and similar questions), your name if you give it, and your email address or phone number.
• Basic technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, in my hosting provider’s standard logs.

How I Use It

• To prepare your home value estimate and send you the in-depth report.
• To follow up with you about your home by email, phone or text, if you gave me that contact information.
• To make my estimates better, for example by comparing an estimate with the home’s later sale price.
• If you tick the monthly update box, to email you a monthly estimate of your home’s value with recent nearby sales, until you unsubscribe.

Who I Share It With

I don’t sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that run this website and help me follow up (website hosting, a secure database and email delivery), and only so they can provide those services. I may also share it if the law requires it.

Texts and Emails

If you give me your mobile number, you agree that I may text you about your home’s value. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You can also ask me to stop emails or calls at any time.

Every monthly update has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply “unsubscribe”.

How Long I Keep It

As long as I need it for the purposes above, or until you ask me to delete it.

Your Choices

You can ask me what personal information I have about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email Josh@EverhomeRE.com and I’ll take care of it. Asking won’t change how I treat you.

About the Estimates

The instant estimate is an automated estimate based on public sale records and the details you provide. It isn’t an appraisal and may differ from what your home would sell for. For a full opinion of value, ask me for the in-depth report.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll post the new version here with a new date.
